Dynamite has been comfortably beating NXT in the Wednesday Night Wars, and some weeks NXT seemingly hasn’t even been in the fight. Dynamite is currently on a 14-week winning streak and holds a 22-3-1 record. Triple H though is not concerned about this as he told Sports Illustrated he is interested in the long-term. He also insinuates that All Elite Wrestling won’t be able to maintain their run and will lose their pizzazz, as you can read below.
If it’s a flash and it’s exciting at first but you can’t maintain it, then it loses that pizzazz. It’s long-term duration, for me, that’s how you win. I’ve been saying it since the beginning — I’m not concerned about those numbers week-to-week. It’s about trying to put out the best show you can every week.Triple H
From the sound of that, it appears WWE doesn’t plan in throwing in the towel anytime soon and is up for the fight, which is excellent news for us fans who are the real winners every Wednesday night.
