Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy Lee just released a new video for the song “Bouncy Castle,” and it’s pretty wild. Animated by Nick “Smearballs” DenBoer, “Bouncy Castle” features various Tommy’s causing havoc in a hotel room.
There’s plenty of jokes in reference to Lee’s … uh … large package. There’s also a man-eating fireplace, a trouser snake emerging from Lee’s pants, numerous “boobz,” a Minotaur Tommy, a drummer Tommy playing a boob-centric drumkit, a clown Tommy sucking on a helium tank, a deathbat Tommy in a diaper and a heavy set Tommy with a bikini-clad woman jumping on his chest.
Plus, there’s a giant ball of possessed Tommys rolling down the hallway outside. And that’s not to mention a few headless Tommys hanging from the ceiling, being eaten in a fireplace and crawling to escape the mayhem.
The wild video fits the drummer’s personality to a T. Earlier this summer, Lee blasted a fan who complained on a San Francisco news show that Mötley Crüe’s show was too lewd.
“Minors and everyone was forced to see people nude on the big screen and everyone was doing it around us too,” he said. “It was like Sodom and Gomorrah, it was crazy. Even the usher, he had to pull a guy down from the brick wall because he had his private parts out, screaming. It was pretty crazy.”
“(Fans) thought it was absolutely fine and normal and hilarious and okay,” Alvarez said. “When I brought up there were children and six- and nine-year-old girls and kids there, they said ‘Well, they shouldn’t have come to the Crüeshow.’”
Lee responded by sharing a the ABC7 video report on Twitter and added an audio reaction to the complaint. “Yo, Juan, I’ve got a question for you. What do you expect to see at a Mötley Crüe concert, dude? We’ve been doing this for f*cking ever. Jesus Christ, you f*cking p*ssy.” In the same tweet, Lee wrote: “The world is too soft! Been doing this shit for years Juan! Mötley Crüe concerts aren’t PG and never have been!!!! Grow the f*ck up!”
