WWE superstar Tiffany Stratton took the company’s NXT developmental brand by storm upon her arrival in 2021. She’s a one-time NXT Women’s Champion, and since being called up to the main roster for the company’s SmackDown brand, she also captured the 2024 Money in the Bank contract and successfully cashed it in against Nia Jax to win the WWE Women’s Championship.
Despite her Barbie-like presentation, Stratton made a surprising reveal recently in an interview with Culture Kings where she said she’s a secret metalhead. Talking about her Spotify playlist, Stratton rattled off several heavy acts that are in her constant music rotation.
“I do love to listen to old school rock when I work out,” Stratton said. “We’ve got Black Sabbath, Shinedown, Ozzy Osbourne, Linkin Park… this is my workout playlist. You’ve got Christina Aguilera, Eminem, you’ve got the Weeknd on here, Creed, Motley Crue, Deftones.” She was also asked if she had a dream artist that she would like to craft her entrance music. “If it’s my character talking it’d be Sabrina Carpenter, but if it’s me as Jessica, I think Ozzy Osbourne.”
Stratton also gave insight to the playlist of her recent rival in Jax. “She listens to some old-timer music, I can not lie,” Stratton said. “I’m into old timer music, I love old school rock because my dad is in a rock band, so I kind of grew up on that music. However, she listens to stuff before that era and she’s younger than my dad, so I don’t know what’s going on.”
