Rich Correll is an avid Sci-fi, fantasy, and horror movie fan, and thanks to his incredible career in Hollywood (both as an actor and director), he’s amassed quite a collection of real film props, costumes, and other special fx memorabilia. About half of his collection is displayed at his museum, Icons of Darkness in Hollywood. Rich talks about the rare items, his favorites, and the most popular among fans, including incredible pieces from Aliens, Star Wars, Terminator, The Shining, Planet of The Apes, Jurassic Park, Dracula, and The Thing. He explains how he finds things and the detailed process he utilizes to restore them to their original state. He shares which are worth the most, which are the most rare, and why it’s both extremely difficult and extremely important to preserve this part of cinema history.
