Skid Row has been enjoying a resurgence since the addition of former H.E.A.T. vocalist Erik Gronwall. The band released a critically-acclaimed album, “The Gangs All Here,” and had been on the road in support of it.

Earlier this year, the band was forced to cancel the third North American leg of their tour with Buckcherry, as Gronwall needed “more time to recover” from an illness.

Gronwall previously received a bone marrow transplant after being diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia two and a half years ago, and it makes it more difficult for the singer to recover quickly from being sick.

The band was approaching the end of their 2023 touring but unfortunately had to cancel the remaining three concerts due to members of the band and touring party coming down with the flu and C*vid.

“Over the last couple of days, several band members & crew have come down with the flu and C*vid,” the band wrote in a statement. “We prioritize the well-being of our band members, crew and the people around us have no choice but to postpone the remaining 2023 U.S. tour dates.”

Skid Row said the shows affected will be rescheduled.

“We understand that this is disappointing news, and we share your frustration,” the band said. “Thanks for your understanding and continued loyalty. You are truly the best!”
