On July 12, 2025, he defeated Bill Goldberg in his final bout at Saturday Night’s Main Event, retaining the World Heavyweight Championship. Then, on December 13, 2025, he forced John Cena to tap out in Cena’s emotional farewell match at another Saturday Night’s Main Event, solidifying his status as the ultimate closer for iconic superstars.
