Not seen on WWE TV since the SmackDown after WrestleMania 35. It has been rumored that he suffered a concussion during a six-man tag match.
But the concussion wasn’t the only problem troubling him recently, as his neck has been causing him pain, and he has been diagnosed with spinal stenosis.
While in the Philippines for a promotional tour for WWE, Sheamus was questioned about his future by the International Business Times, and his answer wasn’t positive.
“I don’t know what the story is with my future. I have no idea; I honestly don’t. I just know that I like have some time off … I’ve been watching WWE, I follow the product as much as I can. I do miss it. I do miss being in the ring but I’m keeping myself busy, and keeping myself productive.”
Uncertain what the future holds, the important thing is for Sheamus to be fit and healthy long term without doing any unnecessary harm to jeopardize his long term health.
