Seth Rollins appeared on Raw this week in a pre-recorded backstage segment, and now it’s been revealed by some leaked photos and a video why he wasn’t live. With the reason being he was in Atlanta on set filming for Captain America: New World Order, which is the fourth movie in Marvel’s Captain America franchise, and penciled in for a May 3rd, 2024 release date. His role hasn’t officially yet been announced, but according to those in the know, he plays a Serpent Society member.
While it seems Rollins has Hollywood ambitions, his immediate future remains in WWE as he is set to face AJ Styles at Night of Champions in Saudi Arabia on Saturday, May 27th, for the inaugural WWE World Heavyweight Champion. His advancement to the tournament final came via a triple-threat victory over Damian Priest and Shinsuke Nakamura and, subsequently, a one-on-one win over Finn Bálor.
