Since Becky Lynch started referring to herself as “The Man,” there has been very little love lost between Ric Flair and her. The duo regularly traded barbs online, and it only worsened once Lynch fell out with Charlotte. Nevertheless, Ric Flair revealed recently on his podcast that after spending time talking to Triple H backstage at Raw Is XXX, he apologized to Lynch, as well as shaking the hand of her husband, Seth Rollins. And now Rollins has opened up about that during an appearance on The Pat McAfee Show.

Ric had beef with her and he was man enough to come up to apologize to myself and to her. I thought that was awesome because I love Ric and want to have a ton of respect for him and the fact that he was able to put his ego aside, bygones be bygones. We had a good moment at RAW XXX and he is the Nature Boy, one of the greatest of all time, on the Mount Rushmore of any wrestling list.
Seth RollinsIt has always been upsetting to learn about Flair’s numerous outside-the-ring rivalries that have developed throughout the years. However, it appears that now that he is retired, he is willing to let the past go, which is only positive for his own future. Nevertheless, whether he can let go of his hatred towards Eric Bischoff will be the true litmus test for whether this is a new Flair or not.
