Back in August, a video would air on SmackDown for a Viking funeral for The New Day featuring an unidentified woman, with it subsequently confirmed they were for Sarah Logan, formerly of the Riott Squad and wife of Erik from the Viking Raiders. She would then make her return two weeks ago on SmackDown, alongside the tag team, seemingly setting up a program with Hit Row after leaving them laying. And this week, it was revealed that from now she would simply be known as Valhalla, a name much more fitting of her gimmick.
While most fans were delighted to see Logan return to the company, a number would call her out for taking her revamped look directly from Max The Impaler. Who, for those unknowing, is a powerhouse indie wrestler who has previously worked for Impact Wrestling, Ring of Honor, and as an enhancement talent for AEW. However, it should be noted that other fans have pointed out that Max’s look was inspired by the 2017 video game Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice.
