Despite previously saying he has no interest in ever signing another professional wrestling contact with a major company, former WWE star Ryback has begun to tease working for AEW. He would do this via his official Youtube channel by posting a video captioned “Ryback Is Coming,” along with the AEW logo briefly appearing.
Whether AEW has any interest in 41-year-old Ryback remains to be seen, and it’s likely he is simply trying to stir up fan support for his return. Nevertheless, with it understood Ryback is genuinely ready to return to the ring after a five-year hiatus due to injuries, it does seem he will be turning up somewhere momentarily. However, given his past social media outbursts, it seems more likely he’d work for Billy Corgan’s NWA, MLW, or Impact Wrestling than AEW.
