Luke Gallows last wrestled on a house show in August, and subsequently, it was revealed his knee required scoping. Therefore, both he and his long-term tag partner have been absent from WWE television. However, it has now been reported by PWInsider.com that the duo is expected to be at tonight’s SmackDown, having been spotted in Brooklyn, New York, where the episode is being taped. Still, whether they appear on camera remains to be seen.
“The word making the rounds in NYC today is that Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson are expected at tonight’s Smackdown taping in Brooklyn, NY. We have confirmed they have been seen locally, but no word yet if they will appear on tonight’s episode.”
Gallows and Andeson returned to WWE in October 2022, two years after being released due to budget cuts. At the time, it was contentious because Triple H had only recently persuaded them to turn down a lucrative offer from AEW to re-sign with WWE. Yet, it is understood that following their run with Impact Wrestling, Triple H went out of his way to bring the duo back on very favorable terms.
