Perry Saturn Reveals The Reason He Doesn’t Think He’ll Receive WWE Hall Of Fame Induction

Perry Saturn had a successful wrestling career working for ECW, WCW, WWE, and TNA; however, due to a serious drug addiction, he ended up homeless for several years. Thankfully, he has since turned his life around the best way he could, although he is dealing with ongoing brain trauma from his time in the business. And now, during a virtual autograph signing with Signed By Superstars, he has revealed that despite his impressive career, he doesn’t think he’ll ever be recognized by WWE with a Hall of Fame induction due to previously being part of a class action lawsuit against the company.

“I was part of a lawsuit against them. We lost but, from the C.T.E so, I’m sure they won’t be calling me. Vince, I got along great with Vince, and trouble is when I worked there, I was a bad drug addict. I was bad on drugs, so I was, but Paul’s a great guy. I have nothing negative to say about him, for sure. He’s awesome, and he would help me out anyway he could, but at the time, I was un-helpable.”

For those unaware, in 2016, over 50 pro wrestles, including Sabu, Shane Douglas, 2 Cold Scorpio, Rodney Mack, Marty Jannetty, and One Man Gang, filed a lawsuit against WWE. Their lawyer, Konstantin Kyros, wanted to hold the company responsible for the long-term brain injuries his clients had suffered over their careers. However, the lawsuit was dismissed in 2018, and the subsequent appeal ended up being dismissed two years later, leaving the wrestlers without compensation and unwelcome by WWE going forward.
