KISS concluded their highly-publicized “End Of The Road” world tour late last year, and while the band billed it as their swan song, few bands have ever stayed away after their “farewell” treks. KISS announced that in the future they’ll continue in avatar form, though what that will look like exactly is still anybody’s guess.

In a new interview with the Daily Times, frontman Paul Stanley talked about the idea of the band doing a one-off show either on the KISS Kruise or elsewhere.

“Anything’s possible,” Paul said. “KISS is so far from over, though KISS as we know it is done. But having our hands and our ideas and our fingers in what KISS continues as makes all the sense in the world. So, I look forward to whatever comes next without knowing what comes next. But I’m open to it all.”

Stanley previously gave the band an out on the “final performance” tag when he said that the “End Of The Road” meant the last tour not necessarily the last time fans see the band. “I really can’t say,” he said to the idea of possibly doing a Las Vegas residency. “But it is the last of any kind of regular shows or touring.”
