NXT’s Edris Enofe Defends Getting WWE Tattoo By Mentioning CM Punk

Earlier this week, Edris Enofe shared a tweet video of himself getting a massive WWE logo tattooed on his chest, prompting much mocking in the replies. Now though, the NXT talent has defended his decision to show commitment to WWE, noting that when someone (CM Punk) gets a Pepsi tattoo, nobody says anything, but when he does it, fans make fun of him. Seemingly not seeing the difference between getting a brand that’s significant to you inked on your body and that of your employer in an industry which sees talents move promotions regularly.

Enofe has wrestled under 50 professional matches since signing with WWE in 2021, and he typically wrestles as part of a tag team with Malik Blade. However, many do view him as a singles star of the future, although he has undoubtedly limited his options of wrestling elsewhere unless he gets an expensive cover-up.
