Nic Nemeth, previously known as Dolph Ziggler in WWE, made his TNA debut during Saturday’s Hard To Kill pay-per-view, confronting new TNA World Champion Moose. So, while it appears a match between the pair will take place in the near future, it has since been announced on social media that Nemeth’s first opponent in TNA will be Zachary Wentz during Sunday’s television taping.
43-year-old Nemeth is currently proving there is life after a lengthy WWE career, as in addition to debuting for TNA, he also recently appeared at New Japan’s Wrestle Kingdon 18 alongside his brother Ryan. Subsequently, he is set to challenge David Finlay for the IWGP Global Heavyweight Championship on Night 1 of The New Beginning on February 23 in a match many expect to steal the show.
