Nia Jax hasn’t wrestled since WWE’s Elimination Chamber premium live event at the start of March. However, after it was reported that she was injured, she would take X to deny this. Therefore, her absence from the ring currently remains a mystery. Still, she continues to give interviews, and during one on the Nikki and Brie Show, she opened up about her personal life, explaining that she is currently single despite trying dating apps. Additionally, she explained that men who are overly concerned with their appearance “turn into a desert.

“You know what, there was a time when all the girls were getting into it, like Becky and Charlotte, they were all on Raya—and I was like, ‘Okay, maybe I’ll try it.’ Then I got waitlisted back when they were super exclusive, and I was like, ‘Okay, well, that’s a sign.’ … Let’s just be honest. Guys nowadays, for me, I like a man, a real man who knows how to build things and use their hands. It’s hard when a guy is like, ‘I’m going to get some bro-tox and new veneers.’ I’m like, ‘No, that does nothing for me.’ You’re not turning me on. The shop shuts down, it turns into a desert, guys.”Nia Jax

40-year-old Jax signed with WWE in early 2014 and trained at the WWE Performance Center before making her in-ring debut in 2015. By mid-2016, she was drafted to Raw and became a prominent part of the women’s division, yet she developed a reputation for injuring her opponents. And while the company seemingly never disciplined her for this, she would be released in November 2021 while on a mental health break and vowed to quit the business. Nevertheless, that clearly didn’t happen, and since returning to the company, she has been heavily pushed, having won the Queen of the Ring in 2024 and the WWE Women’s Championship for a second time.
