On Sunday night, WWE was in Reno, Nevada, and featured a triple threat match for the Women’s SmackDown Championship match between Liv Morgan, Ronda Rousey, and Natalya, which predictably saw Natalya pinned. However, fans were surprised when instead of selling the finish, she simply sat up, pointed at Morgan, and clearly said something before leaving the ringside area.
Fans on social media would go on to criticize Natalya for being unprofessional once a video of the incident was shared. However, the Hart family member has subsequently tweeted and then deleted that all she said was “THANKYOU,” seemingly trying to play down the situation.
The fact that Natalya deleted the tweet afterward just adds to the mystery surrounding what happened. However, unless she chooses to elaborate or Morgan comments, it is unlikely we will ever know for sure what happened. It should, though, be noted that this type of behavior isn’t typical of Natalya, and typically she is one of the most professional wrestlers on the roster, which is part of the reason why she has had such an extended run with WWE.
