Motörhead Shares Previously Unreleased Song

Legendary Motörhead frontman Lemmy Kilmister sadly passed away nearly seven years ago. Motörhead fans, however, have been treated to a variety of bonus-packed re-releases since his passing, and the latest to get the deluxe treatment will be the band’s final studio album, “Bad Magic.”

Released in 2015, “Bad Magic” was another strong effort in the Motörhead canon, and featured a guest appearance by Queen guitarist Brian May on “The Devil.” Those sessions also yielded the band’s excellent cover of the David Bowie classic, “Heroes.”

As a teaser for the re-release, Motörhead dropped a new video for the previously unreleased track, “Bullit In Your Brain.” Another unheard song, “Greedy Bastards,” is featured on the re-release, which will include a live set from the band’s Mt. Fuji Festival appearance in 2015, an audio interview with Lemmy conducted by Motörhead expert Robert Kiewik, and a “Murder One” ouigi board with an “Ace of Spaces” planchette to spell out the conversation.

The press release for the album states: “‘Bad Magic: Seriously Bad Magic’ will be released on double 12-inch vinyl, CD digipak with bonus disc, limited-edition boxset, digital download and streaming. The limited-edition boxset will contain the CD digipak with bonus disc, double 12″ vinyl, exclusive Lemmy “War, Love, Death And Injustice” audio interview on 12-inch vinyl and exclusive edition Motörhead “Murder One” ouija board and planchette.”

The “Bullet In Your Brain” video features never-before-seen footage of the band in the studio during the “Bad Magic” sessions.
