Michelle McCool Upset After Being Left Out Of WWE.com Greatest Women Champions Gallery

Michelle McCool, the wife of The Undertaker, had a very successful WWE career after initially being a participant in the 2004 Diva Search. She would end up becoming a four-time champion, including being the inaugural WWE Divas Champion, and would unify the title with the WWE Women’s Championship at Night of Champions in 2010. She’d ostensibly retire in 2011 but would come back in 2018 to take part in the Women’s Royal Rumble, eliminating 5 other opponents. Her last appearance would come later that year at WWE’s all-women pay-per-view, Evolution in a Battle Royal.

So with all those achievements, you’d think she’d be held in high regard with the company, but seemingly not by WWE.com as they excluded her from their greatest women to capture a championship in WWE gallery. A frustrated McCool would go on to tweet about it, as you can see below.

Sometime after her tweet, WWE would add her team of LayCool to the list at number 46 and then later move them up to 44 apparently acknowledging their mistake. While it isn’t likely anyone with any power in WWE put the list together of who to include, you can understand McCool’s disappointment at being snubbed when you consider Eve Torres, Carmella, Candice Michelle, and Alicia Fox were all included.

It will now be interesting to see if any further amendments are made as her tweet gets more retweets.
