Yesterday, we reported that Melina is re-joining WWE, nine years after being told that creative had nothing for her. However, she has taken to social media to deny this, and you can read excerpts of what she posted below.
I AM NOT signed with the WWE. But that doesn’t mean it is not a possibility.
So if it doesn’t happen now, Im sorry you thought I was returning. If it does happen… well these sites ruined a great surprise. You should be upset that they cheated you of that moment if it happens. Melina
It should be noted that both John Morrison and Edge refuted reports they were returning to WWE once news initially broke, and we know what happened with them. It’s possible her actual contract hasn’t been signed and returned to WWE yet, but it is telling she wrote, “these sites ruined a great surprise.” which appears a weird thing to include if she isn’t actually returning.
