It was recently reported that Fremantle is developing a Baywatch reboot, and this has caught the attention of Mandy Rose, who would quote tweet the news and include a pair of bulging eyes. This suggests that the former NXT Champion is interested in a role. Of course, whether she has the acting chops of the likes of Pamela Anderson, Erika Eleniak, and Yasmine Bleeth remains to be seen.
Baywatch ran from 1989 until 2001 and featured 242 episodes in total. And while Rose would have been a child during that run, the show has gathered cult status and is still watched today. There was also a big screen adaption staring The Rock released in May 2017 by Paramount Pictures, which grossed almost $180 million worldwide.
