Kenny Omega To Compete At Impact Wrestling’s Hard To Kill Pay-Per-View

The AEW/Impact Wrestling relationship went up a gear on last night’s episode of Impact Wrestling on AXS when it was announced Kenny Omega would be wrestling at their Hard To Kill pay-per-view. The AEW Champion will be competing in a six-man tag match alongside Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson against Rich Swann, Alex Shelley, and Chris Sabin.

The show closed with Impact Wrestling Champion Rich Swann confronting Karl Anderson after Anderson has grabbed the tights to pin Chris Sabin in their match. This led to a backstage brawl with Sabin along with his The Motor City Machine Guns teammate Alex Shelley and Luke Gallows getting involved. At this point, Omega, who had been on a tour bus outside throughout the evening, laid out Swann. With the babyfaces down, Omega cut a promo about the Bullet Club reuniting at Hard To Kill, and Don Callis made the six-man tag match official. You can watch this all play out in the below video.

Hard To Kill Takes place on Saturday, January 16, and now has the potential to be one of the biggest pay-per-view in Impact Wrestling’s history since rebranding from TNA. Apart from AEW fans, this match will also interest fans of New Japan. This will be the first time Omega, Gallows, and Anderson have teamed since wrestling as part of the Bullet Club at the New Japan’s The New Beginning In Osaka show in 2016.
