Kalisto Tweets (Then Deletes) When His WWE Contract Expires

WWE may be the biggest wrestling company in the world, but some wrestlers on the roster appear to be waiting to become free agents.

Kalisto has been wrestling for 13 years at this point, 6 of those years in WWE with a great deal of success. He has held the NXT tag team championship, the Cruiserweight championship, and the United States championship. Now though he is mostly part of 205 Live and part of Lucha House Party with Gran Metalik and Lince Dorado.

It would appear now that Kalisto is frustrated with his fall down the card and would tweet the below.

4 hours later he would delete it, but not before it had been widely read. The assumption now being he is waiting for his contract to expire. Although he could have been trying to encourage WWE to renew his deal with an improved contract given.

He’s not alone either as fellow Lucha House Party member Gran Metalik responded to the tweet.

Many people have shown that you can work outside of WWE and still make a great living in the business. A wrestler with as much talent as Kalisto will no doubt have many offers waiting for him in 10 months, and it will be fascinating to see where he ends up.
