Jim Ross Reveals How He Feels About Vince McMahon Following Hush Money Scandal

The biggest wrestling story in many years broke via the Wall Street Journal when they reported Vince McMahon had paid a former paralegal to sign an NDA following an affair. Subsequently, it would be revealed that McMahon had also silenced an additional three women in exchange for money, with his future with the company he took worldwide currently hanging in the balance. Now while speaking on his Grilling JR podcast, legendary commentator Jim Ross would briefly acknowledge the situation and somewhat surprisingly reveal he actually feels bad for his former employer.

I feel bad about all the sh*t’s going on, it’s terrible. I don’t know what’s true or what’s not, but it’s a tough one to digest, quite frankly, Vince’s scenario. I feel bad for him.

Throughout his time with WWE, Ross was fired by McMahon multiple times and even mocked on television when recovering from surgery. Therefore it would have been understandable had the AEW commentator felt a certain amount of satisfaction from witnessing McMahon’s downfall. That, though, clearly isn’t the case and shows Ross still has fond memories from his time working alongside McMahon.
