Jim Ross is a wrestling treasure and always fascinating to listen to on podcasts and in interviews as he is typically brutally honest, seemingly not fearing potential repercussions. In fact, he also demonstrates this on Twitter when he happily comments on photos of scantily clad women, once demonstrating his devil-may-care attitude simply by responding to an image of Liv Morgan with “@BlueChew.” Now though, he has gone one step further when it comes to being candid, as he revealed, on a fundraising stream for Steve McMichael, that he isn’t a fan of long commentary sessions, with one of the reasons being because he has to urinate in his pants.
My biggest concern is the fact that I will definitely be wearing darks because a brother’s got to p*ss. This is going to be a 5-hour show. I’m not in favor of any 5-hour show. It’s just too long.
Jim RossIt’s entirely possible that Ross was joking when he said this and likely was being outrageous to prove a point. Although it does make one think about how commentators handle their bladder during live broadcasts, especially when shows can run for hours. With it actually claimed Booker T would anger Vince McMahon by running to the back during commercials for a bathroom break when on commentary. And while not ideal, it certainly seems preferable to sitting in urine-soaked clothes for hours, potentially stinking out the ringside area.
