In a new X post, Ross revealed he suffered what he called an “untimely fall” that left him lying on his living room floor for five hours. Subsequently, fans expressed well-wishes in replies, with many urging the 74-year-old icon to prioritize his health.

WWE Hall of Famer Jim Ross has shown remarkable resilience despite ongoing health challenges. He has lived with Bell’s palsy since 1994, experiencing multiple episodes that impacted his facial mobility and broadcasting. Additionally, he has recently had health setbacks, including wrist surgery, hospitalizations for breathing issues, and the flu. Still, Ross isn’t ready to step away from the business just yet, renewing his AEW contract every year and continuing to record his popular podcast.
