Karen Jarrett, the ex-wife of Kurt Angle, recently set Twitter alight when she fired back at those who said she had left Angle for Jeff Jarrett when they all worked together in TNA. Additionally, making allegations against Angle, claiming he’d been threatening her and revealing he had multiple affairs.
And now Jeff Jarrett has weighed in on his podcast, assuring listeners he never stole Angle’s wife, as Karen and Kurt were already separated. He would then add he is sick and tired of his wife having to go through this pain concerning the rap made by Max Castor last week, which mentioned her and is believed to have triggered Karen’s tweets.
I’ve kept my mouth shut for 10 or 12 years for two reasons, Kyra Angle and Kody Angle. They’re old enough now. They know the absolute truth, but me stealing Kurt’s wife is the furthest thing from the truth. The fact of the matter is when we hired Kurt Angle, and I say we, me and Dixie Carter, because she’s a part of this story, they were legally separated.
Jeff Jarrett via AdFreeShows.comWith Jeff Jarrett working with The Acclaimed, it certainly feels like an element of a worked shoot is going on regarding their AEW rivalry. However, the comments relating to Angle do seem genuine, and it’s unfortunate a wrestling show has triggered this situation, especially as there are still children involved, even if they are old enough to understand fully. Hopefully, though, things can still be resolved, as given the circumstances, this is something best left in everybody’s past.
