Japanese Deathmatch Legend Dr. Luther Debuts On AEW Dynamite

Japanese deathmatch legend Dr. Luther, real name Len Olson made his official debut in AEW this week. He had previously made appearances on AEW Dynamite alongside Brandi. However, his face wasn’t revealed until this past Wednesday’s episode.

Seemingly just going by “Luther” in AEW, his debut during the AEW Women’s Championship match between Riho and Kris Statlander.

The Nightmare Collective got involved in the match, going after both competitors. As Statlander confronted Brandi, a bald man came out from under the ring and stopped Statlander from hitting Brandi. The bald man turned out to Luther.

Luther was trained by Keith Hart in the famous Hart Dungeon. He wrestled in the 90’s for has worked in IWA Japan, FMW and WAR. Since then, he has focused on the independent circuit.

AEW World Champion Chris Jericho took to his Instagram to congratulate Luther on making his debut in AEW. The pair are longtime friends and worked together early in their careers.
