Sharon Osbourne announced on her new show, “The Talk UK,” that her husband was recently diagnosed with C*VID. “Ozzy was only diagnosed… It was, like, middle of the night [U.K.] time. I spoke to him and he’s okay,” she said. “I am very worried about Ozzy right now,” she added. “We’ve gone two years without him catching C*VID and it’s just Ozzy’s luck he would get it now.” Sharon was asked how she would handle her husband’s illness when she flies back to Los Angeles from the U.K and also how soon it would be before she could return to her show. “[I will] hold him and kiss him with about three masks on, I think. My family is my life. I can’t believe my luck that I’m missing the show. I’ve only been there three days. I can’t believe it — three days and I’m missing the show. But I will be back. I know I will. It’ll take me a week to get my old man on his feet again and I will be back in a week.”
Ozzy and Sharon’s son, Jack, appeared on “The News Desk” on TalkTV late last week with an update saying: “He’s doing well. I spoke to him shortly before coming in. He just says… I’ll save the colorful language, but he says it sucks.” Ozzy had previously told GQ that he suffers from a respiratory disease that puts him at an increased risk of sever pneumonia. “I’ve got emphysema, so if I get this virus, I’m f*cked,” he said. He had previously joked with Metal Hammer that Satan helped keep him healthy. “My wife had the virus; my daughter had the virus and I never got it. Being a devil worshipper does have its good points.” Ozzy has had numerous health battles in recent years. He revealed in 2020 that he was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease and had been suffering mobility issues following a back and neck surgery. He’s also battled the flu, pneumonia and a life-threatening staph infection in his thumb.
