Impact Wrestling Talent Backstage At NXT Halloween Havoc

NXT’s Halloween Havoc-themed episode saw Becky Lynch lose her NXT Women’s Championship to Lyra Valkyria. And now, following the surprise title swap, Impact Wrestling’s Killer Kelly has shared photos of herself with the new champion taken backstage at the Performance Center. However, this doesn’t necessarily mean that the Impact Knockouts World Tag Team Champion is in talks with WWE, as she could simply have been visiting her longtime friend and in-ring rival, given the magnitude of the night for Valkyria.

31-year-old Kelly, real name Raquel Lourenço-Winkler, broke into the business in 2016 and, within two years, was signed by WWE for their NXT UK brand. However, despite sharing a ring with the likes of Dakota Kai, Toni Storm, and Piper Niven, she would end up being released in 2020. From there, she would return to the indies and made a couple of appearances for Impact Wrestling, where she clearly made a good impression, as two years later, she would become a regular for the company.
