According to TMZ.com, the luxurious beachfront home of late wrestling icon Hulk Hogan in Clearwater Beach, Florida, has hit the market for nearly $11 million, half a year after his passing due to a heart-related incident at the residence in July 2025. The 5,400-square-foot five-bedroom property includes ocean views and a heated pool and spa. However, morbidly, it is the residence where Hulk suffered a medical emergency, which resulted in his death.

71-year-old Hogan, real name Terry Bollea, passed away at 71 on July 24, 2025, due to a sudden heart attack. His approximate $5 million fortune, which includes digital currency and image rights, was left to his son, Nick, who serves as an estate co-executor, while his daughter, Brooke, was omitted from the inheritance at her own request in 2023. However, at present, Brooke may be happy not to be involved, as it was recently revealed that Hogan’s estate is being sued by a celebrity branding firm that claims a rival company poached Hogan and his ideas to launch his “Real American Beer” brand.
