With Mercedes Moné, formerly known as Sasha Banks, contracted to New Japan, many fans anticipated her competing at AEW and New Japan’s Forbidden Door show back in June, with it even speculated she would face Saraya. Sadly, though, an ankle injury that required surgery prevented that. Nevertheless, she is now teasing fans with an All In appearance, which takes place at Wembley Stadium today, by sharing on Twitter/X photos of herself in London.
Precisely when these photos were taken remains unknown, but Moné clearly wanted to get fans talking, and it does seem inevitable that post-WWE, she will eventually wrestle for AEW. However, it’s doubtful that when the time comes, she will ruin her own surprise on social media ahead of time.
