It’s been an eventful week for Angelina Love, as one week on from wrestling as part of a ten-women tag team match at Impact Wrestling’s special 1000th episode show, it has been confirmed she has returned to Ring of Honor. Whether this was a one-off appearance remains to be seen; however, she was featured in a prominent role during the post-Colission taping, challenging Athena for the ROH Women’s World Championship.
While best known for her time with TNA as part of the Beautiful People, Love had previously worked for ROH before Tony Khan purchased the company. This was for a total of 25 matches between 2019 and 2021 and saw her win the Women of Honor World Championship from Kelly Klein at Death Before Dishonor XVII. Nevertheless, her title reign was short, as she would lose the championship belt back to Klein just 15 days later at Glory By Honor.
