Former ECW Talent Threatens 2K With Legal Action

On Wednesday, 2K would promote their upcoming WWE video game with a post on social media platform X referring to Liv Morgan as “The Queen of Extreme.” And while Morgan has previously used this nickname, she was forced to stop after former ECW valet Francine sent WWE a cease and desist due to owning the trademark. Therefore, 2K referring to Morgan in this way has again attracted Francine’s attention, and she would respond in the replies asking, “Do you need something sent to you guys again from my lawyer?

Francine is synonymous with the original ECW, where she was known as the “Queen of Extreme” and worked as a manager for multiple wrestlers between 1994 and 2001. However, her time in the wrestling spotlight would greatly diminish once the promotion went out of business. Still, she would get to have a short run with WWE due to them producing One Night Stand, an ECW reunion pay-per-view, and subsequently bringing the cult promotion back as a third WWE brand.
