Three weeks ago, during GCW’s Joey Janela’s Spring Break 9, former AEW wrestler Fuego Del Sol left his wrestling boots in the ring after losing his mask to Atticus Cogar. This subsequently resulted in fans believing he was retiring from the ring, as traditionally, doing this symbolizes a wrestler’s retirement.

However, on occasion, this has been done as part of a storyline, and it has since been confirmed that Del Sol has made the bold decision to repackage himself under his real name, KJ Orso. And now, proving that he is going all in, he has announced he is selling his old Fuego Del Sol ring gear on social media.

The 29-year-old Alabama-based luchador built a cult following in AEW despite being booked to lose 34 consecutive matches. This ultimately led to him earning a full-time contract following a memorable defeat to Miro on Rampage. Still, his career would unfortunately stall after he suffered a badly broken foot, and by the time he was medically cleared to compete again, AEW had discontinued their YouTube shows, which is where he was mainly used being utilized.
