On Friday, news broke that WWE had released Rezar, Akam, Paul Ellering, Cedric Alexander, and Blair Davenport from their deals. Additionally, it has been confirmed that Sonya Deville was informed that her contract, which expires in a few weeks, would not be renewed. And now, following confirmation that Isla Dawn and Giovanni Vinci are also gone, PWInsider.com has reported that both Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson have been let go, despite the latter currently being injured.
In 2022, the return of Gallows and Anderson to WWE was discovered when the pair were spotted filming content with AJ Styles, leading to their re-debuting on WWE television. At the time, it was noted that the pair had signed five-year contracts rather than the typical three because Triple H felt terrible about how they had been previously released under Vince McMahon’s leadership. Yet, having performed on all three of WWE’s top brands since their return, they are again deemed surplus to requirements.
