Did Uncle Howdy “Hack” WWE’s X Account?

Following a post-credits tease at the conclusion of Peacock’s new Bray Wyatt documentary, “Becoming Immortal,” it appears Bo Dallas is set to return to WWE television under the Uncle Howdy mask. While it isn’t yet confirmed, it is suspected WWE began re-introducing the creepy character to fans during this week’s episode of Raw, when a planned production glitch occurred during a Bronson Reed promo and the word “hello” appeared.

However, it now seems WWE is also using social media to build anticipation, as for a brief time on Thursday, their official X account appeared to be “hacked,” with the same word being spammed in the post before being deleted. A screenshot of this can be seen below.

Uncle Howdy originally debuted on the October 28th, 2022, episode of SmackDown, where he interrupted Bray Wyatt via video. Subsequently, fans would try to figure out who was behind the disguise, with it eventually established to be Wyatt’s real-life brother Bo Dallas due to eagle-eyed viewers recognizing his earring. Still, at the time, the gimmick never reached its full potential due to Wyatt being taken ill, and once he tragically passed away, most assumed the character was confined to history.
