Earlier this week, former WWE wrestler Elias, who now goes by the name Elijah, shared a video on his X account indicating he had formed a stable alongside Vincent and Dutch. This led to speculation that he could be set to appear on ROH television going forward. And now, Dave Meltzer has confirmed in the latest issue of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that this is the plan, as Elijah has signed a contract to join ROH. Whether this could also see him appear in AEW remains unconfirmed, but it is possible considering Tony Khan’s promotions do cross-over.
37-year-old Elijah, real name Jeffrey Sciullo, began his pro wrestling career in 2008 under the name Logan Shulo and spent the following years learning his craft on the indies before signing with WWE in 2014. Initially, he would work as an enhancement talent in WWE’s developmental territory before gaining a push himself, and by 2017, he was deemed ready for the main roster. However, he had mixed fortunes once he was called up, sometimes treated as a star and at other points as an afterthought.
