Confirmation Of Parker Boudreaux’s AEW Status Following His AAA Debut (w/Video)

On Saturday night, Parker Boudreaux made his AAA debut when he attacked Octagon Jr. and Mecha Wolf before El Mesías made the save, seemingly setting up a future match between the pair. And while it was great to see Boudreaux back in the ring after being absent for over a year, his appearance for the Mexican promotion did leave some fans wondering what this meant for his AEW status. However, Ringside News has now put minds at ease by reporting that the 26-year-old former college football player remains employed by Tony Khan.

When WWE first signed Boudreaux, he was likened to Brock Lesnar due to his size and look. Still, not long after debuting under the name Harland on NXT, he was surprisingly released, and his pro wrestling future appeared to be in doubt. Yet Boudreaux wouldn’t let this derail his career, and after briefly working for MLW, he signed with AEW and now looks like he could really be the next big thing if properly utilized and given the in-ring experience he needs.
