Confirmation Of Brock Lesnar’s Current Royal Rumble Status Following Vince McMahon Scandal

Brock Lesnar has been absent from WWE since last year’s SummerSlam, although it has previously been reported he was set to return in time for WrestleMania. Therefore, many fans assumed he might appear at this weekend’s Royal Rumble premium live event to commence a fresh angle. However, after he was implicated in Vince McMahon’s latest lawsuit, which alleges he received explicit videos of the victim, PWInsider.com has now reported that the former UFC star has not traveled to the show, with the word “withdrawn” being used by some of their sources.

46-year-old Lesnar returned to WWE in 2012, having previously quit the company almost a decade earlier. Since then, he would be established as one of the promotion’s top stars ever, despite only wrestling a part-time status. Yet, there now seems to be a genuine possibility that his time with WWE, and thus likely, the pro wrestling industry, could be over, especially if he is further implicated in McMahon’s scandal.
