And now, the Daily Mail reports that he is set to have a cameo role in the upcoming “Naked Gun” reboot, which stars Pamela Anderson and Liam Neeson. Whether this indicates he is trying to crack Hollywood like The Rock and John Cena remains to be seen. However, he does have experience, having appeared in television shows “Arrow” and “Warehouse 13” previously.
WWE superstar Cody Rhodes has landed a smackdown for his acting career, with the wrestling legend gearing up to make his film debut alongside Pamela Anderson in the upcoming Naked Gun reboot. The WWE Universal Champion, 38, will make a cameo, according to insiders, who have revealed he may be hypnotized in a nod to the original 1988 comedy. The new movie – which will also star Liam Neeson, 71 – is based off the popular Naked Gun film franchise which starred the late, great Leslie Nielsen.”

However, it was recently revealed that it would film from May to June 2024 in Atlanta, which could, therefore, see Rhodes miss some WWE shows, although, at present, that is just speculation and will likely depend on how big RHodes’ cameo actually is.
