CM Punk Uses Revamped Classic For Entrance Music

“The Second City Saint,” CM Punk, shocked the wrestling world at Saturday night’s Survivor Series marking his return to WWE.

The 45-year-old Punk had a memorable nine-year run with the company becoming one of WWE’s most popular performers. Unfortunately, his time with the company ended on a sour note when he walked out following the 2014 Royal Rumble due to burnout and injuries.

Later, he was fired on his wedding day to AJ Lee, and he vowed never to work for WWE again. That all changed last night.

Triple H commented: “Everyone grows, everyone changes. I’m a different person. He’s a different person. It’s a different company, and we’re all on the even starting ground. What’s next for CM Punk? That will be interesting, won’t it? I’m interested to see it myself. Whatever it is, it’s gonna be a thrill ride for the WWE Universe. We’re thrilled to have him back home in WWE, where he belongs.”

CM Punk entered the arena to the familiar tune of Living Colour’s “Cult Of Personality,” Fueling rumors of his return was the band releasing a revamped version of their classic earlier this week. Sure enough, CM Punk used the new version at Survivor Series.

The new version and CM Punk’s entrance can be viewed/heard below.
