Earlier this month, several AC/DC fan sites shared a Facebook event page for a rumored April 11, 2025 AC/DC date at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The page was removed a short time later.
Another AC/DC date briefly popped up on Friday, this time as part of a ticket giveaway from 92.3 The Fan in Cleveland. The link to the contest, however, was pulled down just hours later.
“The Fan has your chance to see AC/DC!” read the contest page via Audacy.com. “Listen to Afternoon Drive on The Fan weekdays between 2pm-7pm to hear the keyword, then enter it below before 7pm for your chance to win a pair of tickets to see AC/DC Power Up Tour 2025 with The Pretty Reckless at Huntington Field on May 28, 2025. Tickets go on sale Friday, December 6th at 10 am on Ticketmaster.”
Huntington Bank Field is the home of the Cleveland Browns and has hosted several high-profile concerts. The most recent were Billy Joel and Rod Stewart, The Rolling Stones and The Stadium Tour featuring Def Leppard, Motley Crue, Poison and Joan Jett.
AC/DC completed a successful European run of their “Power Up” tour in August. The band’s touring lineup currently consists of singer Brian Johnson, guitarists Angus and Stevie Young, drummer Matt Laug and the latest addition to the group’s touring lineup, bassist Chris Chaney.
