Robert Shore who is Slipknot’s former business manager has had the case against him by Chris Fehn dismissed. This is because individuals are legally protected by corporate structures. The claim against his company Rob Shore & Associates continues.
Chris Fehn is suing his former band Slipknot and their management for ostensibly hiding money from him and not compensating him fairly. He does though hope someday he will be able to rejoin the band.
Further motions for dismissals “for lack of personal jurisdiction” against Shawn ‘Clown’ Crahan, Corey Taylor, and several Slipknot corporations will be decided on January 3rd, 2020.
