Despite his recent return to AEW and a looming tour with FOZZY, Chris Jericho appears to be really ramping up his acting career. He notably nabbed a guest role on the Apple TV series “Margo’s Got Money Troubles” alongside Nicole Kidman and Nick Offerman. He also recently appeared as a villain on the hit CBS show “Tracker,” and was on the big screen for two sequels in the “Terrifier” horror franchise as well as the Shudder film “Dark Match.”
Jericho might have landed his biggest guest role to date, however, in the second series of the wildly popular Hulu drama “Dexter: Resurrection.” Dexter Daily reported: “The latest casting update for the second season of Dexter: Resurrection has been revealed, and it brings some serious star power. Chris Jericho, the American-Canadian professional wrestler, rock musician, and actor, has officially joined the upcoming season in what looks like a guest villain role.”
“Much like the recent casting of Kane Hodder, Jericho’s addition did not come through the usual entertainment press. Instead, he was spotted filming on set for Dexter: Resurrection Season 2 in New York City late last night, working alongside Michael C. Hall.
