Friday night’s SmackDown saw the return of both Karrion Kross and Scarlett, with the former NXT Champion seemingly becoming part of the current storyline between Roman Reigns and Drew McIntyre. This would excite fans who have been hoping Triple H would bring back their former favorites. And eagle-eyed fans have noticed that Bray Wyatt, a wrestler many fans also hope ends up returning, is well aware of the duo’s rehiring, as he liked WWE’s tweet referencing their return. Possibly confirming his own interest in doing likewise.
Since Triple H took control of talent relations and creative, he has already brought back three released talents, and it has been reported he has smoothed things out with Naomi and Sasha Banks. However, potentially the most significant return would be if he re-signs Bray Wyatt, one of the promotion’s most popular gimmicks and biggest merchandise sellers over recent years. The belief is McMahon and Wyatt’s relationship became strained, with the wrestler being unhappy with the creative written for him. Now, though, with McMahon out of the picture and Wyatt having not signed elsewhere over the past year, perhaps it’s only a matter of time before fans see The Fiend return to the ring.
