Earlier this week, Cora Jade caused quite a stir on social media when she shared an Instagram Story confirming she was dating second-generation wrestling star Bron Breakker. And while some were happy for the couple, others would choose to question why she had broken up with Blake Christian, who previously wrestled as Trey Baxter in NXT. Additionally, some would be mean-spirited toward Christian, saying that Jade had upgraded. Subsequently, Christian would tweet acknowledging the news and reveal they’d actually been broken up for quite a few months. However, after further derogatory comments about him blowing his shot, he deleted the tweet.
Dear internet People date, people break up, people move on. It’s a part of life. In this case it’s been quite a few months. Respectfully, Christian.
Blake ChristianNot much was publicly known about Christian and Jade’s past relationship, although they were paired together on NXT television near the end of his short run with WWE. And when he was released in November 2021, he would publicly call her “my rock and my love” when issuing a statement acknowing his departure. Unfortunately, though, not all relationships last, no matter how loved up a couple is, and in wrestling, this can be even more challenging when one or more of the partners is on the road.
