16-time world champion Ric Flair hasn’t spoken positively of Becky Lynch since she began using “The Man” as her nickname. Despite the fact he agreed for WWE to trademark the name, he is very vocal about it still being his and will take shots at Lynch regularly on social media and his podcast. Now though, Lynch has fired back herself, mocking Flair’s apparent fixation with her on Twitter.
The belief is Lynch’s tweet was prompted by Flair criticizing her on his podcast for referring to Ronda Rousey as “Ronnie.” He would say she was out of her mind for making a joke of Rousey’s return to WWE, and then called Lynch generic and not “The Man.” Given this, it is understandable why Lynch felt the need to respond, yet this will just likely ensure Flair continues dragging her now that he knows she is being told what he says.
