MVP was absent from AEW All In at Wembley Stadium because of a visa issue connected to changes in the application process, rather than a creative decision involving the Hurt Syndicate. Fightful Select reported that the altered visa process to enter the United Kingdom explained his absence and that work is underway to address the situation going forward. MVP has previously spoken openly about serving time in prison when he was younger, a history that can complicate international travel requirements, although Fightful did not specifically identify his record as the cause.

“MVP wasn’t at this show because the visa processes have changed, was the reason we were given. We were told that it’s being worked on for the future.” –Fightful Select

MVP joined AEW in September 2024 and soon reunited with former WWE associates Shelton Benjamin and Bobby Lashley to form the Hurt Syndicate. The group quickly became a significant presence on AEW television, with MVP serving primarily as its spokesman and manager while occasionally becoming physically involved. His absence was therefore conspicuous when Lashley and Benjamin competed during the All In Buy-In at Wembley. Fightful’s report indicates that travel paperwork, rather than a change in the group’s presentation, kept him away.
